| Class VI Trail Run At our last YT meeting a lot of people show interest in doing a trail run this summer. I just lead a 15 truck 9 hour run last weekend in and around Henniker NH for another club I run with. If their is any interest here, I wanted to do the same run with you guys.
I'm think of doing it June 29
Their are 12 class VI total, the trails range from the high side of stocker friendly, but have some rough sections that would rate in the low moderate. Because these are class VI roads, your rig will have to be a registered vehicle, no trail buggies.
I would recommend at least 31' tires (if you don't mind banging a little), but 33" would be a lot better
If you're interested post up and let me know if June 29th works.
I will probably cap this run at 10 rigs to make it easier and faster.
Here are some pictures from the run last weekend. June 8th Henniker/Bradford Pics - ExploringNH Forums Here is the list of confirms:
VoltsandBolts
Spud
hydrogeo
If your going and I didn't list you, let me know

| just about any Sunday is good for me since the wife works Sundays. But I'll be at Kina's as well and who knows what the state of the truck will be in after that.

| I would be interested if it is 29th or later...
Are all the class 6's that you are hittin', open yet? Some are closed till July.
I don't wanna ruffle any locals feathers...

I don't wanna ruffle any locals feathers... | These are all legal class six roads that have been open since mid may.
The 29th works good for me, but if we need to move it out later, thats fine. The only thing is I want it to be a Sunday, it makes it easy to lead a bunch of trucks down the roads when theirs little traffic. |

I have a 77' 40 with 33's. Not a lot of wheeling experience, but what you describe should be perfect for my ability. Looking forward to it and meeting some of you.
Chris, thanks for leading and organizing...

| There is still plenty of room for you Rick and anyone else that wants to go. VoltsandBolts will be coming on this run and has done this run before, so if theirs a big turn out we can split into 2 groups.
If you guys can’t make this one don’t worry, I’m already in the process of scouting out trails for a July run.
If you can go this weekend post up so I can get a head count.
The run will be this Sunday the 29th, and it will be a morning run starting at 9:30 (I hope that works for you guys) |

Could you pm me info on where to meet?
I am pretty confident I can make it.
Just need to get a couple of things done prior.
Again, thanks for leading.

| I've edit my first post with a list of confirms for Sunday, let me know if I missed someone. Here is the meeting spot:
Spot to Meet: Hennikeer Mobile on the run on RT114
Time: 9:30am
I tried getting an address for this place on the google maps, but it doesn’t show up(to new). The Gas station is on RT 114 in Hennikeer (Bradford Rd) just as you pass over Rt202/ 9 on your left, it will be just before Davison Rd.
If you are traveling on Rt 202/ 9 you will take the Rt114 Henniker/ Bradford Exit and head north. This is the only gas station in the area, so it will be easy to find.
I would like to meet up at 9:30 and head right out around 10:00. This run will be at least be 5 hours so you might want to bring snacks or a lunch. I was thinking on bringing out a grill to cook up some hamburgers and hot dogs out on one of the trails if anyone is interested, because there is no where in the area to go get food.
I'll pm you guys my number Saturday night, in case your running late. |

| can you handle another? I thought I was booked up this weekend but the boss (aka wife) just gave me the green light so was wondering if you could handle one more rig? Actually, as my 40 is still apart I am running the Sammy so it would be more like 0.75 more. |
