A Talamacan poison dart frog.
I forget the name of this lizard but he plays possum. He just fell off a branch and didn't move.

It was the dry season and some of the orchids and bromilads were blooming.

Answer A. Because the flames were a lot higher 10 seconds prior and I had taken off one of my zipped leg deals and decided to save the camp before removing the other one.

Answer B. I am starting a jungle gang and that is how I ride.

Oh one more thing for those that are so observant. The ricks T-shirt is an old fishing tournament I participated in a few years back, for work. I never wear it in the states because that is not how I ride. I have never been there, um I think.

WOW, I was finally able to view all the pictures in your post. Now that I'm able to see the pictures I can see why you were so passionate with the words you wrote earlier about the area. The pictures are truly breath taking. It is really nice being able to do that with your dad.The time I spent with mine sharing my passion (sickness of Toyota) and riding with him is some memories I'm greatfull for.

If the club does not have anything planned for a out of state run anytime soon maybe we could make an extended trail ride to your property and help with you castle ?

Thanks Albert for the kind words. It is funny you said that. I had a signs that said BSLCA trail. I was going to put it on the property at different spots. My exit was a little different than I expected and I never got to put them up or take pics. Their is always a next time and we do have trails down south that are BSLCA trails. Donated for the cause. Let me know when you guys want to go. Everyone is always welcome. Man, I could go on and on about the insane biodiversity of that area. I have these plant and tree field guides and I sit in one spot and try and identify all of the lush surroundings, impossible for me, but fun. Just the symbiosis alone between plants and animals is crazy. As far as father and son, it truly is memories and bonding that cannot be equaled, and he likes Toyotas too.

A couple of pics from the 4 wheel jamboree in Baytown, Tx. The Toyota Trail Team test drive was fun but I had to ride as a passenger. I passed the breathalyser but someone saw me with a beer before I signed up, so I was denied the driver seat.

Small compared to the rest I have been to, which is strange since it was located so close to Houston. It is their first year in this location, but it should have been better.

Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Tennessee

Its one of my favorite places in the states. It offers fantastic scenery of the mountains and wildlife, great hiking and camping, tubing and white water rafting. A fantastic place to spend time with the family. If your crew likes the outlet malls, discount tool-shops, go carts and amusement parks they have that as well. Dollywood is the biggest in what was once a Silver Dollar City she bought it years ago and put people to work in her home town. The kids always love to spend time there. She also owns other places that entertain as well. Knoxville is only 25 min away and is a beautiful city built on the river with the Smoky's in the background. Gatlinburg is 10 min away and is a great place to spend time as well. If you're thinking of getting away and checking out a new place I highly recommend you checking it out. If you are on a budget I can help plan a great but inexpensive time there away from the tourist traps. A few of my pics with the kids.

Always, its a beautiful area. Anytime the club wants to make a trip I can arrange it and give you all a tour. My parents have plenty acreage with a pond and creek on the property that borders the National Park. Plenty camping area for the whole club.

Say when .....
