I found out the other day at my family reunion that my 70 somthing year old uncle has a sweet 80. He got it for nothing. I'm thinking he will sign up after i told him he could save money on parts.

Hi everyone, It was great meeting some of you last Sunday while you were having lunch. When I drove by, I couldn't help but turn around and check out the SWEET looking rigs parked out there. It was nice talking with you guys, I'll have to stop by some weekend when I have time to spend more time and meet everyone. I was out with some of my students, they were following me around, that's why I couldn't stay and get to meet everyone. Anyways, I was in the area and thought I would stop by and say hi again. Take care

Ran into a couple of FJ40 Aficionados....Glynn Leger and Chuck Heubner today...they spotted the orange Land Cruiser shirt I had on. Leger sold me the 45 pickup I then sold to Nolan Grogan. Anyway, I gave them all of our info and hope to see them Both HERE and at our next meeting. I'm looking forward to having them both as regulars and members. Most exciting and noteworthy is that Chuck has a 1977 FJ40 that Glen has helped complete a frame-off restoration on. He'd like to show it to us at the next meeting.

Welcome guys. Looking forward to seeing you both soon.

Mike

LOL.. funny story. Went to O'Reilly's the other day and needed a distrib cap. The guy took Hubner's out that he ordered and said it was for him. That was the one that matched mine. However, I did slip one of our cards w/ contact information in Hubner's box before I returned it to the ORielly guy.

Howdy

Hello BSLCA Members...this is Eric Anderson (who just purchased Scott's FJ40). I have just registered for the site and am looking forward to joining all of the associations and going to the events/meetings.

Although I know Scott didn't like seeing me drive off in his rig, I promise to take care of it (with help from all of you hopefully as this is my first one). I should be getting the title and insurance taken care of this weekend and would like to join you guys at the dealership event next weekend.

I set up my username as "'bout time" because after years of wanting an old land cruiser, I finally got one .

Thanks, and I look forward to meeting everyone in the near future.

Eric
