If I remember right there was a title issue with cab coming out of the junk yard. If the PO still had the VIN tag with matching title just swap them when the windshield is out. But great addition for Y'all Matt & Tina, looks like when the motor runs its trail ready.

Congrats on the new Toyota. That steering wheel only comes on SR5 models with the full tack dash if so great find.

I don't understand about it being an 83 . The sheet metal looks 84 and above. Do you have a good picture of the front axle the length of the gusset will indicate what year it is. None of that matters those are very very dependable trucks.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw it. I thought they changed to that body style in 84. What do I know though! Going to be a great little truck!

Later,

I hate to nitpick, but is it an 83 with a 84-85 body or something?

2008 Sema show-: The Tacoma Incross concept truck has a 4.7-liter V8 fitted with TRD headers and Tube Solutions dual exhaust. The truck combines a short bed and Tacoma Access Cab body, with additional bodywork and a matte green paint scheme. Seventeen-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires are mounted on American Racing wheels, with Bilstein shocks at the corners. I wish it was mind.
