Wow, I would have loved to see that. I have a soft spot for 45's. My wife says she wants one. I'm ok with that.

Forest Hills
I can't believe with all that land they can't open up some trails for 4x4s.

I've been pondering a camping trip. I"ve been thinking of Indian Creek with a trip up to that place The Dunes? by Forest Hills.
We need to find some land!

1. We would not let you cut that rig, sir. ...and I know you better than that... but understand 100%. I can't wait to get "Red Truck" out there!!!
2. Gonna have to go back and look at the fernder skirts... I got some TJ flares (these things follow the lines EXACTLY and all of the mounting hardware is hidden. ... and I got em for FREE!

...ps.. I'm up for camping!

Dunes
Took a ride up there last summer...wouldn't let me take the cruiser though...perhaps could persuade the owner to let us help clear some land for truck use? It'd be nice (and much closer). Heck I'd be a regular!

Camp Claiborne had a very nice campground, but the Creek is better. And not far from Forest Hills. It'd be nice to get out on that property. How come you couldn't take your rig there? Is it a pay place?

Yeah, now anyway. We used to go all of the time. The way I understand it, is that someone bought the land etc...they have a website. see:
http://www.thedunesinc.com/
There were just a couple of young boys (IMHO)...didn't get to much info and didn't talk to the owner of the land. We'd have to contact Him via email/phone, and introduce ourselves and perhaps he'd have some area for us to ride on...

Buy a star its worth every penny and its money towards supporting the site. One helpful thread that could anwser your question could save you that much money alone that you would have spent paying someone to diagnose or fix the problem.

Buy the star but for everyone that clicks a link that I'll set up in one month, I'll have a drawing for everyone in the club (minus the three stooges) and raffle a star off...my treat. If you already have one...just adds you a year. WORTH EVERY PENNY.
It's a method to my madness to get folks to sign up.

Well there is the new engine all black and shiny and what not
You may notice the large empty area that is suposed to have an AC compressor in it. I hope to have a higher output alternator there sometime in the future.
The new radiator I had been putting of for like ...months.
And my new oil pan. I had always thought that fist sized dent was suposed to be there in the old one. but they said they would not waranty the engine with the dent in the pan, serisouly It must have taken away the better part of a quart from the capacity of the sump.
