| August 12-14 Trip to LBL Josh, Thom and anyone else who might be going
When and where do you guys want to meet up? Josh, coming from Frankfort, where do you get on the Bluegrass Parkway?
I did some carb work tonight so I hope you guys can keep up.
Let me know.

| I can get on the BG from Lawrenceburg pretty quickly...20 or so minutes from my house. Or in Versailles. Also about 20 minutes. You guys could meet me in Frankfort and we could go from there. I could lead us to the BG in Lawrenceburg in no time flat, then you could run off and leave us from there There are lots of places to meet here just off I-64. The best would be at the second Frankfort exit. There is a walmart and several gas stations and fast food places right there in case we needed anything last minute. It would also put us a straight shot from the BG. As far as meeting time, anything is fine with me. Also, if you guys wanna meet somewhere else that is also fine. I'm just thinking you can both shoot down 64 pretty easy, but I can shoot up 64 or Versailles rd. just as easy.
As a side note, this is coming up quick! I have a lot of work to do on the 80. New steering and brake lines coming up saturday!

I thought you'd been bragging on how you're ready to go. If you can't stop or steer, how you gonna wheel?
The Lawrenceburg exit on the BG is #59. Lets meet there, on the north side of the exit, at 9am. If you have a better idea, let me know.
Didn't know if you got the memo, LBL is in a dry county so BYOPBR.
See you next Friday.

| Not to Hyjack or interfere but is your club a Cruiser only club? I have a half Cruiser half 4Runner that I built and live in linwood Ky. South of Elizabethtown and was wondering about getting together with your group sometime. I work from my home and have weekends free and have a fairly complete shop here on Nie's Mountain in Linwood Ky. If you have your own web site or any contacts that would be great. Thanks in advance now back to your normally scheduled thread..... |

| I don't have anything against Jeeps. And the one Jeep that I've seen these guys wheel with is pretty sick.
That's quite a rig you have there. Can you write/take pictures?

| Hello Todd,
I will try and get a write up on the project however just need to set aside the time. Someone had contacted me wanting some info as I was at GSMTR this year and they took some pictures that they wanted to use in the trails and I said ok and asked if I could get some copies of my rig on School bus but they said maybe after they appear in the trails since they did not want the shots all over the web and then its old news. Are you with the Bluegrass cruisers? If so are you thinking of going to the run at LBL this comming weekend? I may try and see if I can go depending on the state of the Honey do! it now list and all....I have some shots at my freebe MSN website http://www.msnusers.com/NiesMountainTrailTime
Look under pictures and new projects... Talk to you later Todd.

Please join us this weekend! The honey dos will be there next weekend. We'll be leaving Lexington on Friday morning @ 8:30 and hope to get to LBL @1pm local time. I have a cabin rented at Kenlake State Park which you are welcome to crash in, just bring a sleeping bag. Our club is for Toyotas but anyone is welcome to wheel with us, even Jeeps.
I see you're in the southern end of Knob country, so it'll be less than a three hour drive for you.
Give me a call if you want. We've got additional events coming up if you can't make it this weekend.

Jimmy | For Nov/Dec, yes. It's kind of a rolling deadline these days though.

| I need some titanium........ or a miracle. At this point, my back is going to prevent me from going this weekend. I've got another visit to the chiropractor tomorrow, but it doesn't look good.
That's the last time I move a FJ40 rear axle by myself. If I don't go, the heaviest thing I'll be lifting this weekend will weigh 12 ounces. And it WON'T say PBR on the label.
We're NOT a Cruiser only club, but we are a Toyota club. If you don't own a Toyota 4-wheel drive, you can't be a VOTING member, just an Associate member. I think because it's the Toyota LANDCRUISER Association, a lot of mini-truck and 4runner owners don't realize that they're welcome. You've got an awesome rig, we'd love to have you wheel with us anywhere. A lot of us were at GSMTR, too bad we didn't hook up there.
Looking forward to meeting you.
Thom

| Pete,
So does this mean that you'll be cancelling the Kenlake resort and hot spa? |
