I had no idea that the Woodster had a jeeper section on MUD.

Most of what I've read here though is just mindless jeep bashin' ... which brings up an interestin' question:

If you hate jeeps ... why do you come to this section?

As a former TLCA officer, and founder/President of a TLCA chapter, reckon folks consider me a Ty-ota guy. My FJ-40 was even used for the magazine ads for TLCA. But reality is that rig has VERY few Ty-ota parts ... a stock firewall, steerin' column, the front bib/bezel and a small section of the original frame. It was easily 80% Chevy. And after 18 years of wheelin' the dogshit out of 'er ... I sold it last month to buy me a a new rig.

The new rig has about that same 20% of factory parts ... 'cept there jeep parts now.

Nevertheless, my last rig resembled a Cruiser ... and now my new rig resembles a jeep ... so I guess I'll be hated.

But I live to wheel ... and the funny part is that I'll be at more TLCA events and other wheelin' trips than 90% of the TLCA membership or Ty-ota community. I got some damn good friends that drive Ty-otas ... and won't care if my rig looks like a jeep.

If all you wanna do is bash jeeps ... please do so on this forum ... and not be disrespectful on our club forum. In addition to bein' the President, I'm the moderator for the forum as well ... so I'll just delete that simple-minded shit ... (other than what's on there from my own club members of course. )
