LC Parts Resource

Who would think the Quad Cities was a hot bed for LC parts?

If your doing a resto or looking for hard to get LC parts, check with Matt Tarnow before anyone else. He just may have what your looking for! It was well worth the 180 mile + drive for me today.

More parts and 1 off LC's than Gumby could imagine! I may have to sell my 40,62, and soul for his Diesel RHD 40 series long bed pickup. Maybe I should bid for his HJ47 Troopie or his 70 series with factory winch.

He also has a pristine and babied 1987 FJ60 with less than 80K miles on the ticker for sale.

He doesn't do Mud or Paypal. He does email and cash.

I get nothing out of this but the man is the real deal and a real gentleman to do business with!

Sounds like SOMEONE'S in LOVE!

In all seriousness though, sounds like that would've been cool to check out. Thanks for the info.

P.S: I may end up being busy Monday night, plus I'm sick (can you hit the medical while you're already on the medical?). Might end up shooting for another evening. I'll give ya a call.

Where is he in the quad cities? I have family there and could check him out next time I get down there.

Matt has his place in Milan just south of the Quads. I've need to see if I left a part or two on the trans I dropped off as a core.

I doubt he is selling any of the "one off" stuff. The 60 he has is immaculate. Everything is there and not a scratch or dent on it.

Im hoping to be up near you in the next couple of weeks. I have to go up to just finish closing up for the season.

Hondo, you can give Matt an email with your shopping list and he'll respond to you pretty quickly. He's honest and very fairly priced compared to other OEM parts resellers. I'll be ordering up a blower duct from him later this week but will have him ship it out. I don't really have the time to run out there again with TFT approaching.

If you're looking to get it now and go, I got a phone call from Rob yesterday regarding an FJ62 that's at the Pick n Pull up in Wadsworth. I'm debating if I should go today since I have a couple of chores to do around the house. Check your PM box for my number and give me a call. I just might be up there Sunday and maybe get you a couple parts you need.
