Badlands weekend 5/30-6/1

Hey

Just got my 3.4 in my 88 4runner and Im looking to abuse it. Already had it out at the cliffs on the 4th and I think it did pretty well. Was wondering if anyone is interested in a badlands weekend for 5/30-6/1

That's the day after school gets out. I think I might be up for another.

My shifter cable gets here on Monday. I should have it and anything else fixed by next weekend.

You gonna install your sliders before then? I noticed they were still sitting in the shop.

Is this run going to happen? I'll be able to swing it the weekend of the 31st without issue. SAR Squid is doing a run this weekend that I cannot make. Who's in on this?

Ok then I'm in for the 31st. Baptism day for the 62. I wrenched a bit on her today and got the steering issues resolved. All new TRE's and adjusted the slop in the steering. It tracks straight and doesn't wander anymore. I'll still head up to Thallman's to get it aligned properly.

My steel is ready so I just have to pick it up and fab up a set of sliders for it in the next week. They won't be pretty but they'll do the job. Nothing like vacation time to get things done!

I'll camp at Hotel Attica. I prefer hot showers, bar service, and maybe some prime rib.
