| Hey Cam - any alignment problems with the 6 shooters? Have a friend who ran a diff. steering e-mail me to say he had to reshim or something as his newfields didn't fit right. I can't imagine what he was trying to explain to me.
Anyways - I've got my 4x4 labs arms and the knuckles ready - just waiting on a few more nuts and bolts... Hope to be at it middle of this week .

| hey cam cruiser did you also buy the knuckle from 4x4labs? and also do these have the bolt for removing the steering arms...i dont know how to explain it but the trail gear's 6 shooters have a extra bolt that you tighten up and it pushes the arm off the knuckle instead of having to get in there with a BFH and pry bar...its a big + in my mind..would make changing a birf much quicker and easier
edit: heres a pic of what i was talking about

| yes its the trail gear knuckles, no they dont have that hole, but i assume if you wanted one it would be easy enough to drill.
i threw some longfields in and dont plan on repairing anytime soon, but we'll see
i have taken it for a spind and their is no problems at tall with the arms.
awesome awesome awesome |

i think that there is only a hole in the steering arm. the bolt pushes on the surface of the knuckle so that you can separate the two.

| yea, its a threaded hole that when you thread a bolt into it it should pull the king pin out instead of having to mess around with a BFH and wrecking bar...not that i mind using the big hammer...i would imagine the bolt method would be faster and not nearly as annoying if you have to do it on the trail...
