for those using win XP there also is a power toy add-on which adds a right click option to the photo to resize it very easy . just highlight the pic you want ,right click it and hit resize (like in pic i posted ) then a menu pops up asking you what size . simple and quick

I just found out (pull out the owners manual) that I can set my camera to shoot pics in 640 x 480 size. No more resizing. I'm betting all digital cameras have this option. Check your
camera
