since the upgrade....
....Safari 4.0.3 only shows a blank white page for this webaddress http://forum.ih8mud.com/ (Mac OS 10.5.8) - it does properly load this webaddress IH8MUD.com - Your Online Offroad Tech Resource but a click on any of the forum links only brings the white page - if I put the individual page URL into the browser address line, it loads fine; just not http://forum.ih8mud.com
Firefox 3.0.14 on the same machine (unibody MacBookPro) loads MUD just fine - Safari has no problem with other sites like CNN or the New York Times

either the problem took care of itself or today's upgrade to Snow Leopard solved it
