What side are you talking about?

Just a thought..................when hopping from one site to the next and of course one country to the next it is easy to get confused when someone refers to the drivers side or offside and vice versa when refering to a part location ect.

Would it not be a good idea and refer to the vehicle as per many/most/if not all workshop manuals i.e. looking at the rear of the vehicle and refer to the left hand side or right hand side?

Living in Spain and puchasing a part in the UK can cause the odd headache, of course when someone in the USA has imported a RHD car from wherever and then talks about such and such on the drivers side it just adds to the confusion, in OZ for example I think the are RHD.

I know these thing do not happen overnight but perhaps it could be suggested to members and worked on over time?

Only a thought..............

regards

Dave
