IrfanView is no longer free?
Just got online at home and want to downlosd IrfanView. I've got options from 19.95 to 12.95/year depending on how many years I want to sign up..  I know when I did this at work it was free. Something I'm missing? All I want to do, is be able to downsize pics to post here.

.....which the forum software now does automatically.....try it 
haven't used IrFanView in a while now....bummer that it's no longer free....

avatars and attachments and everything else (IIRC)
it will NOT correctly resize an animated gif....never has, never will
