I tried editting my password or change it,but i can't remember the password.i sent an inquiry several times but no reply from anyone.please help on what to do or who to contact.Thanks in advance.

laptops
Woddy, i have 2 laptops at home and it happeneds after i downloaded a new anti virus software (kaspersky),i'm currently using my other laptop where it is saved.i just need to change my password so i could save it in another laptop at work.PLEASE HELP ME!!!
