Why Does My PM Box Say 100% Full?
I only have 2 messages in there... Moderator, can you help?

You probably have 2 in the inbox and 3 in the sent messages. I think you are limited to 5 messages total until you establish yourself (certain number of posts)
I believe it is to limit the spam advertising.

You need to have at least 10 tech posts to use the PM box to it's full extent. Buy a star to further increase the capacity.
BTW, mods can you move this to chat?

rules are there for spam controls....10 tech posts usually occur pretty quick and opens up a LOT of things in the forum
