Pages too wide for my screen

Hi there.

I only have this trouble on MUD (not other Internet sites). -So on this basis , I thought someone here may be able to suggest a solution.

It isn't a crisis. ---- More like an irritation.

Pages appear to be approx 10-20% too large for my screen. This forces me to move the screen-image left or right in order to view (or click on) the edges.

I used to have this problem only in threads where someone had posted an "extra-wide" image. But since the recent upgrade, the problem has become widespread.

Be warned - I'm a bit of a dummy as far as computers go.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Tom

sounds like you've got a setting in your browser that's only effecting 'MUD....I've done that, Firefox has some 'view' features that can make a mess if you hit the wrong button

Thanks for the reply Woody.

I'll just persevere with it then for the timebeing. And - when I have the time available, I'll continue to search through (and tamper with) "settings" that may be causing this minor problem.
