loop in chat, how to rid it?

Can some one please help me take this loop that the ass hole inflicked in a chat post concerning ih8mud web site? My computer doesnt respond to the fixes that have been posted and it is telling me I have 3 programs running. I'm not a computer whiz by no means .I have recently had to buy a new terminal because of programs like this burning up my mother board and my hard drive and I damn sure cant afford another melt down. The thread was by Relix and it was about the ih8mud website. Thanks

Ctrl-Alt-Delete should do it....or fully shut down and re-boot your computer...
