| IE 7.0 - "Back" Button steps through Google ads? I'm using IE 7.0, and when I'm in a forum for a while, and press the "back" key, instead of going back to the main board, it will step back through all the different Google ads in the little yellow bar, sometimes necessitating hitting the back button 6-8 times to get back to the main page (where all the forums are listed). Anyone else? Didn't notice this earlier, is it an IE thing, or a new version of the forum SW?

| Just a note to anyone using IE7.0, changing your security settings to "high" not only got rid of this problem, but made IE 7.0 screamingly fast compared to what is was before. I felt like I was back on dial-up, but not now...
edit -> so I stepped through each of the security features and it was the "enable active scripting" switched from "enable" to "disable" that fixed myIE7.0 back button issue. Unfortunately, it also changes the way quoted text is displayed in the "reply" feature, but not terribly so. Hope this helps other IE7.0 users.

| I'm not yet sold on IE7....lots of oddities relative to FF2.0, and the FF features are more user-friendly IMO...

| I had the same problem with IE when going into Hotmail, that was with IE6 I believe, and IE7, nothing I did fixed it. Switched to FF and havn't had any problems since then. |
