no clue what to do if you are still getting errors, gotta be something with Safari (and I'm a PC-only user, so I won't be any help....lol)

OK. Doesn't bother me much - just have to do a page reload about 10% of the time. It's only MUD I think though, and only today; it was just FYI.

I still get the partial loads and funky pics but now it's only with Firefox. Any ideas what's up?

Tried that a couple times ind it's actually worse after I delete cookies. I'm virus free so I don't have a clue where the issue could come from.

Oh, I forgot to add that it's only with MUD not with any of the other message boards I've been to.

how many of the others are running vBulletin 3.6.1?

(hate it when I run the forum on 5 machines and none of them show the issue...lol)

I am still getting the problem at work (T1 line, through a gazillion firewalls, as it's a hospital-based connection). No problems at home (cable).

Still having issues with MUD on rare occations I do have problems with other sites. From what I could find at Mozilla it doesn't seem to be a broser issue. Perhaps the new version will fix this? At any rate here is a link that I found that was on Mozilla's site.

I'm still having the gibberish and partial page load problem. It's been waxing and waning but I have some problems every day. I've changed from Safari to Firefox, which fixed some other problems but not this one...

It happens 10x more frequently on my office computer, which is on a T1 connection but behind some pretty dense hospital firewalls and filtered through WebSense. At home, on a digital cable connection, it happens only rarely. Not sure what any of that means.

it's possible that some of the javascript used by the forum software is getting blocked....the latest versions of vBulletin rely pretty heavily on AJAX for page loading/refreshing....

what'er ya doin surfin from work anyways? lol

But what's weird is that it's inconsistent. Today, for example, it's happening on about 1/3 of the time. Yesterday it was 70% or so - I'd have to reload 6 or 7 times to get a page to load fully.

so all is well. keep the security on

I would have agreed but mine still wigs out with Norton on. It was occasionally better when my worm protection was off but even that didn't last. What's strange is that the gibberish is only on MUD. On very rare occasions I get partial pic loads but VERY rarely.

actually its not perfect. i dont get partial page loads anymore but smilies attachments and stuff like that dont work.

My computer works perfect when im on the school network but when i get home it has the issues. school and home are both wireless. maybe its a router configuration. it feels like the page is just loading slowly and not picking up all the information. like ih8mud thinks its done loading when it really isnt.

The bottom of the main page does not display how many users on it any more is it me or id this new? and what are "spiders" when you see the "visitors, guests and members" area?

partial page loads are particularly bad today. About 75% failure...

yes - page loads sometimes fully and clear - other times not - I can refresh to fix

can't use any of the smileys or any of the tools in the advanced window - must be the Safari updated browser Version 2.0.4 (419.3) mixed with this version of vBulletin v3.6.2

Bummer...
