That's a keeper photo right there.

In that same vein, here are my daughters with their catches from Saturday night on our lake. This is the first and only largemouth bass that I know of taken from this lake. I've caught lots of smallmouth but never a LMB. Younger daughter was wearing her pajamas to fish! Ages 8 and 12:

We each caught about two dozen fish, an even mix of browns and rainbows, mostly about this size:

These are pretty stupid fish. This section of the river is managed and heavily stocked. These fish hit anything we threw at them. Dry flies, nymphs, streamers, whatever. The browns were actually jumping clear out of the water after bugs. Great night of fishing, but way too easy!

We just started a column in our local paper.

Article One

Article Two

The first one was written by me and shows my daughter with a serious stringer.
Actually, here is a bigger picture. A bunch of bows and one brookie in there.

Went fishing with Sheldon to Hatheume Lake a few days ago. Fishing was a bit tough and the wind was going pretty good, but managed to hook a few chrome rockets. A couple of them were in the 4lb range. Caddis were trying to hatch, but the wind pretty much screwed that up. Caught a few on chironamids, a few on leeches, and hit Coquihalla lakes for a bunch on the surface with dry flies.

Here's one of Sheldon's chromers:

Nice brownies there, Yooper.

and if I am not mistaken that is a flying fish in that bottom tuna's mouth... That is a heck of a catch by the fish and photographer... too bad it is not the thread killer… someone that has to post some negative comment in every thread no matter how unwelcome. Life must be glorious for someone so disenchanted. Did you type something? Hey, that ignore command REALLY works well! Thanx a bunch for the tip!

It does work! I can see that there was a post made - but there is no text next to it. Thank Woody for the tip!

Stone - PM me on the new Ignore command - it really works! Nothing but blank black boxes next to the poster's name you put on ignore. What a blessing. (And, please do me the favor of not quoting someone on ignore because then I am forced to see what is being ignored in your post.)

Woody, is there any way we can insert actual jpgs where all those black boxes appear?

If so, maybe we can get back on topic and well... then:
