Ithaca M37 Defense?

I'm looking at the Ithaca M37 Defense. Highly rated in the last gun tests magazine. I like the machined steel receiver, bottom ejection and I'm a sucker for wood.

Has anyone had there hands on one of these? Opinions? Looks like a solid KISS simple shotgun.
