Holy shit.

The dude was mauled by a grizzly, hiked to his truck, then drove a few miles and was able to stay concious the whole time. It's amazing the logic he was using to make decisions along the way considering the situation.. And the fact that he can remember the whole damn thing... not for me.

^ For me..

Man, what a story

Gotta say, the guy still has a pretty good sense of humor after what happened to him.

I used to know the guy who invented the Counter Assault Bear Spray after getting mauled near Big Sky, MT. Crazy story, that one too. The big cans of bear spray shoot 30 feet and have a better record than most knuckleheads with guns, I'd bet. Present company excluded, of course.

Chamber nothing.. it's either condition zero or a useless club.

I think somewhere between the time the guy saw the grizzly and when he was deciding which position he wanted to die in, a boomstick could be been employed. But what do I know? I wasn't there. And wouldn't have been in the first place without some kind of protection...

Stay safe out there.
