This does not apply to standing farm crops (normal agricultural practices) or other natural growing grains, fruits or vegetables.

EDIT: Also only (1) gobbler in the spring season. Michigan has a fall and spring season. You can take one of either sex in the fall season. That kinda sucks if you take one early.

Yeah no baiting here I know. I just want to attract a flock to hang out on my property. I could hunt them far away from the feeding station no problem.

I was just now reading about chufa: NWTF | Land Management Tips

You don't have them much around you. There are shit tons in the black belt and south of there. In high school I shot a 400 pound sow in Bay Minette.

We have a pig hunting farm up here. Russian boars. Several years ago a bunch of them escaped. I think they've all been eaten by now, as there were no rules about hunting them...

We're starting to get some bear around here now. I wouldn't shoot one though, unless it was trying to kill me.

Me neither, bears are too to kill for sport. I would never begrudge anyone that hunts bears, I just don't want to kill one myself.

We are becoming overrun with bears.......They're becoming a nuisance, even in areas with a very low human population.

One of my neighbors had to call "fish and game" on one , this summer.

It had no fear of humans , and was "terrorizing" our community.

They told him , that they no longer relocate bears . period. And if he was comfortable , to just go ahead and kill it [with written permit] Because , "they couldn't keep up with the nuisance bear calls".

I agree , that they are cool as shit , and I really enjoy just seeing them. I also consider bear meat to be a delicacy, and with the numbers that we have , I don't mind

Yup.

I have had it for about 6 years and it has put many a bunny in hasenpfeffer heaven. Not to mention crows, feral cats and a particularly pesky raccoon.

Alas, no turkey taken with it as I have never tried. I think I am going to try it behind my office this year, just for shits and giggles.
