Very nice collection. You must be a member of PETA (people eating tasty animals).

Wow! You got a very impressive collection. At the rate that I'm collecting trophy's right now, I'd have to live 500-700 years to get anything remotely close to yours.

WOW!
Thanks for sharing those. Is that a Peacock Bass in the third pic? What a monster!

One a much lesser note; I've got plenty of room on my "wall of death" (as my wife puts it). Just a Javelina and a 101 Coues Whitetail. Hopefully I can dress it up with an Elk one of these years.

Honestly, I don't know much about the fish. My grandfather passed when I was 6, so the knowledge I do have of the game room comes from the plaques on display and stories from those who knew him/went on trips with him.

These pictures are from the entrance. I have more to share if you like; I just didn't want to whore up this thread.

The family recently donated the entire collection to The Shell Factory in Ft. Myers, FL. It should be open to the public in a couple months. If anyone wants to meet up there, I'm all for it.

OK, I uploaded the best pics I could find to my site gallery: Gallery

I messed with the code to allow you to click each image for 2 larger sizes. Hopefully it works.

I also threw in some pics of the gubs and knives, assuming you guys wouldn't mind.

Words can't even begin to describe that! Truely worthy of a museum.

But that Savage on the bottom might fall of the truck if I were moving that stuff!

Wow, that's an incredible collection. I'd pay to see it up close. It would be educational just to learn about the species I don't recognize.

Was hunting and fishing part of his career? Otherwise, how could a person find the time in a lifetime to collect all of those trophies from all over the world. He looks familiar in the picture, like I've seen him somewhere before.
