Hey all,

You can order the tracer bullets and load them at home. Try my compadre at www.gibrass.com. He is a shooter and sells components, ie: pull down powder, bullets and brass.

PS I shoot HP for long range. Here is some drool food for you guys. www.rossprecision.com that is the target rifle I now shoot.

I have used the M72 which is the old NM 173 grain bullet. Works ok out to 1k in the 308. In the 3006, its not too bad, but the 175 Grain Sierra Matchking is what the mil snipers are using in the sand box.

I have all kinds of recipes for loads and such. Too bad most of you guys are not closer to Florida. I could use mechanical instruction in exchange for teaching you the ropes for highpower. I just got my High Master Card for long range. I guess shooting 2 200-10 out of a possible of 200-20 and shooting a 197 with a decent X count will give a bump in the classification.

Very interesting.

The Greek stuff that we have at the club (issued for JCG matches) is berden primed. It's nice looking stuff and it pains me to toss the cases in the recycle bin. It is Greek military stuff so I guess they made it both ways then.

The stuff we have shoots almost exaclty to the same POI as does the LC we have. I have staggered them in clips and the groups don't change much (from a combat POI anyway).
