I am doing OK. Thanks for asking Tony. Dad passed last Friday and we had the Funeral Sunday. Returned to Indy on Tuesday. Have a memorial service here in Indy today. It has been a long two weeks. Hope you guys have a safe return.

I just got home, Dan and i left this AM, the others are probably on there way by now. I'll get my pics and video up later.
Had a great week! Here is my condensed critique, just speaking for myself.
We wheeled Washita last Sunday, had a great day. Wheeled a intermediate trail to the top of the mountain, took half the day up and half the day down. The payback was the gorgeous view. And the view was while sitting on top of huge rocks. Would be very cool to camp up there. It rained Sunday night and most of the day on Monday. We camped in a low area, was a mud fest getting the 3 tow rigs out, Todd and I almost made it even pulling trailers (Todd got farther than me). We had a little help from the owners bad ass 4x4 tractor. Clints FJC made it out on its own pulling his unloaded trailer on street tires, not even AT's!! Feather in the cap for the yota A trac or what ever it is called!! I really don't think it had anything to do with driver!! What do gay horses eat????
Then we went to Flat Nasty, hands down my fav!!! Very remote, uncivilized, great trails that are very well marked. Camping was in a huge mowed meadow that was surrounded by hills and trees and we were the only ones in the park the whole time there. Owner, Ron is very cool!
Then to SMORR. Like Todd said, got off to a very bad start here. Thanks to Bill being there before us he was able to convince the 10:00 PM sunglass wearing fella to "let" us wheel on our own so we agreed to try it. I missed any wheelin today so not sure what new ground the guys saw but yesterday is was just OK, except for one rock/boulder trail we got through that was a blast!! Also, thanks to Thad ("Rekut" here) for coming out and showing us around!
Camping facilities at SMORR are first rate, probably won't find any nicer but I still enjoyed the remote scenic camping at Flat Nasty more. I don't regret the extra miles to see SMORR but not sure I would go back. I would like to hear what they saw today, maybe that would change my mind.
Another thing I liked about Flat Nasty over SMORR was that FN was all hills and SMORR seemed to be somewhat flat and then you dropped into the trails as opposed to climbing up to the trails. I am kind of splitting hairs here but it makes for better scenery. Also the trails at FN seemed more natural, no gravel added etc.
Any way, I had a great trip, lots of storys to tell, great group of guys to hang with!! Had a blast in the evenings around the fire!!
John, I'll make you a deal.......I'll bring the quarters for Tony to the Jambo if you bring the quarters for Tony to the Hoedown!?!

SMORR has some of the nicest bathrooms of any place Vicky and I have ever camped at. The weirdness that happened after 5 hours of driving there kind of took a bit to get over though. It almost felt like grade school with a "It's my sand box and I'll let you play in it if I want to" type of vibe. Unless you plan on attending an event that you know about on one of the 2 weekends their open for wheelin' a month, I think it's too much to try and plan for a " Hey, let go wheelin' " day.
The 3 rated trails seemed to have a little too much off camber loose rock for my liking but the creek bed parts were very cool. The 4 rated trails we hit were excellent.
We had a great time, most of which came from being able to hang out and wheel with the likes of all you nut bags.

That crap was pretty hard to get over. Especially since we called a bunch of times and it wasn't an issue until we had just driven 5 hours to get there, then it wasn't an issue again when he was face to face with somebody. happy to report there were maybe 10 trucks at his "event". it was a complete wash out. I'll use the free t-shirt as a rag.
The park is very nice. The owner said he has never groomed the trails. That gravel is what's there naturally. Big long up-hill climbs and off camber switchbacks are not too fun when there are no other options. We found some outstanding trails. The 4 rated trails are particularly a blast. The worst part was struggling to get a linked trailer queen over stuff that a almost stock mini truck drives over like nobodies business. Fawkin' Bill.
I'd go to SMORR again. Thad made it worth it. I'm not sure how to avoid the "event" mix-up since it wasn't mentioned when talking to the staff and the website event page wasn't available.
Flat Nasty is a cool park. Ron is working hard at it and it can get nothing but better. Needs showers. I'll be sure to book the cabin at least one night for the facilities. Wish I could have run it more, but I had to try a nasty climb (and made it) right away on suspect parts. Blew all 12 hub studs and 3 of 4 driveshaft bolts.
Washita is very cool too. A good day and a half where the other two parks could do three or four days. Needs better camping and better access to the camping. Even dry it was tough with a tow rig.
All in all a great trip, especially if it was done in September or so. MO is not the place to be in late June.
The best part had to be the campfires. I think I hurt myself laughing so hard. It was a great group.

Bill & I had a fantastic time with the parts of the "Pack Your $*** Tour" that we could be there for. The company was great, had a lot of laughs as usual with this crowd. Worst part is that the temp was a scorcher. I did take a lot of pics. Here is the link to the photos from SMORR.

Local guy, Al. He's on "mud", I forget his handle but his 40 is in his avatar.
We had one local guy at each stop.

I have one good vid of Ginger (that is Ginger of Ginger Fab Cages and Ziltch Bags for Retard Strength) that didn't want to load at work.
I'll see if I can get it to work at home.

Anyplace that's cooler than the ninth ring of Hell would be OK with me.
Today I ordered 20 new studs and cone washers and 4 new driveshaft bolts. Then I went and got a chunk of metal dug out of my eye. The doc said if I had seen him when it happened he wouldn't have had to dig the rust out of my eye as well. When I told him I was in the way back of the Ozarks he thought it was OK that I waited.
I dig the pic of the pig on Baby Bear. You can see the right side has already blowed up, but the left is still turning so the studs in that one are still hanging one as are the d-shaft bolts. They musta gone when I was getting the ass end over the ledge.
I also changed the name of the thread, added ginger fab to my sig line, and gave Jimmy an avatar even though he's just a 9 post newb.

I wonder if he can even edit it.
Should I give Ginger a new sig?

Todd your soaked in awesomeness! I need ginger's avatar changed as well!!!
I figure I would throw this out there. But after the hotness that missouri was I propose to go to Montreal, Canada. For the obvious reason that it's cooler and I think the scenery will be amazing as well. I also want to go to canadia because Formula 1 will be there next year. And if you guys haven't ever been to a formula one race it's something you should do at least do once in your life! Anyway, just thought I would throw it out I'm def going up there whether it's on my 4runner or my bike depends on where the PYS tour goes
