Probably getting a buggy
It looks like Nick (zebrabeefFJ40) and I have come to terms on a trade where he gets my CNC Bridgeport mill and I get his FJ40 buggy. Neither of us really wants to get rid our stuff, but I think we both win.
Several of you have seen his truck at the Badlands. I'm getting burned out on the lack of progress on the 45- so my hope is to get this truck, play with it and begin to get backl a little enthusiasm for Cruisers.
Attached are pics of the buggy.
So- it looks like I'll actually be able to come to a Club event and not just hitch a ride with you guys. It'll be nice to not feel like a "free-loader" for a change.
Luke

Sounds like a fair trade.
Side: Luke, do you have a thread for your 45 progress?

Yer right Tom, a mill IS kinda hard to wheel! But I do have a FJ62 I can swap tires on and wheel tomorrow. My brother has a 40 that could be wheeled with a week or two of work. There are enough parts in the garage to build another buggy as well. The mill fills a gap in my shop capabilities and will see far more use than the buggy at this point. Who knows maybe at some point in the future the mill will generate enough $$$ to buy the buggy back from Luke when he gets his 45 done. It isn't an easy decision but I think it's the right one. I'm sure Luke will enjoy the buggy as much or more than I did.

I'd have a thread if there were progress to report.
