I don't think so as of now...funds are starting to drain...but I'm hopeful...these kind of projects are redicoulous, good luck on getting 2 rigs done. I've got what is probably a hernia about 3" and 4" over from my junk...it sucks, it is sore to the touch...and my insurance doesn't kick in til January

these are bad....coil-over mounts....$20.00 ea

And the upper mounts $9.00 a pair (I can get my laser guy to cut these)

Front Suspension
Pan-hard bar for axle $25.00

For Frame $20.00

Yeah, it'll be a ton of work to get them both done, but mine has the priority!
Hope your gut gets to feeling better.

My buddy Grant brought me an early christmas present...he got me 2 motor mounts and an engine mount to replace the one that was busted when I got my engine. I welded a stud into the block where the bolt busted the cast(not hard to do I found out)

Tonight I assembled the reduction box for my dual case setup...I used a Marlin 23-spline "total spline technology" Check out my bling'n ass case!

i had an inguinial hernia, probally similar to what you have, unless maybe you got appendicitis. its a small hole in the abdominal muscles where your guts want to push out, not usually a problem unless they do push through a bit and the circulation to that part gets cut off. then that part basically starts to die and swell and hurt like hell. didnt get that seious for me but make sure you dont have a lump or serious pain there. sometimes the pain is from the rip of the lower ab muscle.

dead stop on progress...I think I have the worst luck of anyone
listen to how my last night went
7:00pm last night....fine
7:03pm got real cold
7:05pm sick as fu*k
I spent the rest of the night puking my guts up and shit*ing my brains out..I could crap through a screen door and never leave a trace
4:00am I wanted to die
I have been in bed all day long..i drug the keyboard over to my bed so I can lay in bed and scroll the internet
I wouldn't wish this shit on anyone...it came over me so fast it was unreal.

I think that I am just about over it now....it was just a virus from hell that I hope none of you get...I'm going to take it easy tonight and I'll be back in the shop tomorrow for the case cleanings and assembly of my "dummy case" and the start of a 4.7 case I am building for a guy

Feel for ya man, I had a very similar bug a few months ago. Couldn't leave my room, was always somewhere between the bed and the bathroom.

I wouldn't go f-toy with this, it would go "true buggy" if I did, but I'm keeping the cab, at least for this season

I think the cab adds a real nice look to it. Makes it look like a truck on steroids rather then just a bunch of tubing. Just my 2 cent.

Mo' progress!...I got a case gutted tonight(finally) and I mounted it to the drivetrain. I started figuring the t-case x-member and the front suspension.

flat belly

I also got a 21-sp 4.7:1 case built for a guy in our group

I sell these if you are interested...$500 and your old case...there can be alot added to them if wanted too
21 or 23 sp 4.7:1 t-case $500 and your old case or a core charge
add 3x drilled flanges
add B Long 4340 output shaft
add MC HD shift springs
add Twin stick
add lowpro drain plug
add complete new bearings
add dual case adapter
and the list goes on...

MADE SOME PROGRESS!

I finally got around to finishing up a few things
1. I got my t-case x-member built

1 3/4 DOM tubing.....BIG poly bushings(3/4" bolts)

Need to finish welding the bottom of it

flat belly

2. I flipped where the exhaust dumps from the pass. side to the d. side(I used all stock pieces!)

3. Cab is back on the frame

engine bay

4. Got some seats
2002 WJ 8-way power adjustable, heated leather seats

Now for the problems I encountered
1. Shifter
The t-case shifter is where my trans shifter should be, and my trans shifter is under my dash
THE FIX: I have to pull the trans again to put the clutch, pressure plate, etc and 4.7's in. When I do that I'm going to convert the t-case to top shift(prob make a 3x stick to incorprate the twin stick from rear cases) from front shift and "dog leg" the trans shifter

2.Seats
The seats are waaayyy comfy, but the are too damn tall. My head rubs the top of the cab.
THE FIX: Cut the brackets and drop them down as much as possible.
I already figured out how to get the 8-way to work but I'm going to have to go back to the yard where they came from and rob the heat button. The heat has 4 wires that work it so I need the multi-switch to make it work.

Need t-case parts?

Ballistic Fabrication? They have great brackets at great prices.

I love your cross member. I was trying to figure out a way to do that with mine, but went another route. I wish I had seen your build sooner.
