So did you have measurement of your caster with this 3 link setup .. ? are you uper link engought to handle all torque from your drivetrain to your axle . ?

not quite if you run just one upper...
i've worked on and wheeled a jeep setup that way, works very well.

But isn't running with only one upper link on one side like CruisinGA said, the same like this?
This way i can get a good articulation in the front axle, but under hard breaking, the body on the side with the bolt removed "dives" a lot....
Are there any disadvantages on driving (only offroad) with the stock radius arms with one bolt removed?

other than the stock mounts bending.. guessing if your using CC bushings as most are with this set up you will still have bushing deflection. Its a poor mans 3 link. it will never be what has been built in this thread. There is alot more geometry to it as well than just having 3 connecting points.

Poor mans works pretty good, but it isn't balanced side to side. I plan to go 3-link here soon.
Back to my question though, does anyone know if he was using bumpstops?

Yes...Shawn uses bumps on that setup...just how much over stock, I'm not sure of...but if you look at some of the rear end pics you can see the bump extensions

I see them on the rear, but didn't on the front and was just a little curious if he was using them at all.
