Latest gift box of goodies arrived today....ordered it thru http://www.twistedcustoms.biz -

purty stuff!

Only issue is the hose....box and old pump ran early GM flare fittings, new pump is setup for the newer o-ring stuff....just my luck....

get pieces from Jegs to make your own hose. Then carry extra hose.

That way if a hose ever fails you will not have a hard time replacing a "custom" hose...

I have the same setup except reversed on my rig..

Pump is flare and steering box is O ring..

Remove the brass piece from your old pump, and insert it in the new one, NOT the whole adapter fitting in the pump..just the brass piece.

Purchased these same pieces from PSC a few weeks back, and was told to do this. The outer diameter of the brass piece in the adapter fitting in your old pump may need to be turned down just a bit, but it will drop in, and work fine. Mine has been working great.

Thought I had a pump issue, so I orderd their pump and res....was not it.

Ordered their gear, installed it yesterday and we are good to go!

Call me if you want more specifics.

already had the WTOR 8" stroke 1-1/2" bore ram.....no reason for two

RUS-620421 appears to be the -6AN hose to -6AN adapter....2 required, plus some hose...

now to search out the other two....the one for the back of the pump and for the box itself....

Why not get steel hydro parts locally instead of alum stuff? Might be cheaper. Here is a link to the parker catalog: http://www.parker.com/fcg/literature...vid=12&catid=5

if i may give a little advise , you might be better mounting the resovoir away from the headers as the fluid will get hot and being close to the header does not help.
i have over heating problem with mine and will have to move also i will be adding a cooler
