| Longfield question How do you remove the inner cage and race? The Longfield guts don't have the longer side slots that the OEM birfields do.
To the search police I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance for posting links to the forty threads already out there that cover this topic.

| I just got off the phone with Bobby Long. The answer is a to turn the race/cage sideways line up any two slots with the sides and pry it off. I guess in this case I should have used a bigger hammer.

I got one side complete last night but the other one was giving me trouble so I set it aside. I have a history of battling stuff for hours then coming back a day or two later and having it come apart effortlessly.
