I like the fixture table, makes things much easier and a good way to tack and hold things in place while welding complete to reduce distoration.

Are the bent peice purchased that way or custom bent by the builder himsel???

The shop is the same one that built my axles and installed my LT-1.

Sunrayengineering.com

This is their first full out tube buggy. They have built numerous custom frame rigs, but all have been with a square tube frame and a body.

Tom, the owner is a Mechanical Engineer and everything in this rig has been engineered and fully drawn out.

It is cool to see the drawings from every angle.........

Keep the pictures coming Woody! We have to get Jim out of the "Big Red Heep"!!

The front is fixed, it was a ring gear. The front axle has been bent 2-3 times after it was REALLY bent once and the 3rd member flexed somehow....

Anyway, they gussetted and trussed the housing...I dont think that will EVER happen again. Looks like a Dozer blade !!!

Just heard from he and Lance, they are in Las Cruces hitting the trails. Barry Franklin, one of our buddies, got bitten on the hand by a rattlesnake so they were off to the hospital.

Barry is so tough, he got bitten, he sucked the blood out and finished the trail. It had bbeen 5 hours since the bite and they were just then headed to the hospital
