Blew a 30 spline long on the weekend . Wondering if anyone has had the opportunity of using the warranty from Bobby ?

I have not, but I have known of some people who have.

I have never heard of Bobby being less than overly generous. His customer service is exemplary.

Broke the Inner cage and all the balls fell out . I'm running 36" Iroks ,4.88 gears , 2f , sm420 , polys in the back . I'm not exactly sure when it broke but I'm pretty sure It was near the end of the third section on a trail in Nanaimo B.C. called the Fart. I'll try to get some photos up in a bit .

It's less than a year old . I just spoke with Bobby . He was a little surprised .He said to send it back though and he'd replace it . I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did . Glad I didn't go with the 39's .

Where are the rules about backing up when locked ? I run an ARB in the front . I do believe I was going forward as well. It is however very challenging terrain to wheel on. If anyone gets up this way and wants to give it a go give me a shout .

Boat tail is sweet! I'm down two PP chromoly rears - long side. Can't believe you roasted a 30 spline long before one of those.

Do you know what did it in - divulge the details man!

I've watched the 30 spliners take alot more abuse that that.. I'm convinced it was a defective one.

I was beating on it pretty hard . I would say that it would have broken a lot sooner if it was defective.
