mini case thread

I am in the very begining of research on the possiblility of setting up a mini case setup of some sort in a buddys rig. I dont really know crap about the mini cases.

i know they have gear or chain driven cases, but that pretty much sums it up. and they are super long with stock trans on them.

I would like all options with mini cases, 4.1, double, etc........ possible
upgraded parts, prefered parts to use, strength, any other issues, etc........

cases only, they will be adapted to a gm auto i think, but give the generals to me.
extended cab, short box if your that technical.

LINK ME, post pics, etc.... I will try to fill in as a research some.

Only ones you want to think about are the 4 cylinder gear driven cases.

Options are almost limitless.
from stock 2.3 to single 5.something to triple 5.somethings...

Upgrade to 23 spline input. Upgrade to chromoly output.

That is about the only strength improvments that are effective right now.
Marlin is coming out with a 32 spline output front dig capable unit that will be tits..

What is your friends rig and how will it be used?
If you want truly bomproof then mini tcases are probably not going to do it.
