Here are the pics I promised.
The top one is the inside rear area of the passenger floor. It does not have a hump since the wheel well has been removed.

Here is how it looks from the drivers side looking towards the passenger side from under the rig.

As far as the rest of the rig, I really didn't get much done today.
I bolted up a CARB from the 1974 engine and ran the fuel lines.

It looks like he took the extra inches off the front of the bed.
I've seen pics of your cool cab, roll bar, dogs, wife, Frankenchevrododge, buddy's Ford and your neighbor's weed, but what are you doing about a bed?

Well the TJM bumper did not fit as planned.
Looks like a locomotive with that sitting on there.
Time to cut this up and fab up something that looks decent.

FJ60
Since I'm using the FJ60 frame I was hoping it would bolt on with very little modification. WRONG! I could not fab up a bumper to block the headlights any better than this.
I bolted it on my FJ60 last night.

Dan, I don't know if it would interest you, but I have a custom 40 brushguard that is set up to hold a hi-lift, shovel and ax, and the side plates are spaced to accomodate a Desert Steel towbar. It looks a lot like this:

After I worked on the other FJ's, I was able to get the starter and alternator bolted on.
Nice gouge out of my scalp from climbing out from under the rig.
I'm beginning to thing this rig does not like me.
Yeah that long looking thing is a piece of my scalp in the top two pics.
I know how you guys like pics.

I had a few minutes tonight and installed the distributor and adjusted the valves.
I worked on the wiring a bit but lost interest quickly and started designing the fender mounts.

Wiring is overrated.
It's Saturday! Back to work!

LOL!
If you were here you would just plug things in and connect the wires where they need to go.
I'm dealing with a pretty good 1976 wiring harness but some the of the ends do not match or reach where they should go.
(ie, Distributor and Starter)

Thanks for the offer Mark but it is a 60 frame.
I will be bolting an 8274-50 to the front of it as well.
