looking at the bumpstop pic .couldn't ya turn the bumpstop upside down compared to it in the pic and make a plate and attach it to the top of the u-bolts and have it bump up against the frame ? instead of attaching it to the frame and bumpimg into the u-bolt plates. .

I'm thinking that is the easiest. One reason I was going to mount on the frame is that the spring plate is a bigger target to hit. If I mounted to the spring plate, the frame is small target to hit at only about 2 1/2" wide.

I'm also looking at the antiwrap bar for the rear.

Combination of Band Saw and Sander and they look kinda custom.

I may have to drop this off at your shop and have you do the exhaust.

I'm running out of time and being gone all week is taking it's toll.

After the shakle reversal up front the springs were a little too close to the frame for my liking. I added some 1" longer shackles and it made a big difference.

My Morning Sucks

This is the way my morning is going.

Longer shackles so the springs do not hit the frame. Lift the front end to weld the Bump Stop Brackets and find the Driveshaft is too short.

I think I need a European Beer already (Budweiser) and it is only 10:00am.

Removed the custom fuel cell and installed fuel tank I bought from Rusty_TLC.

The skid plate went on the rear tank.

On Bilstein 5125's I used the shaft unscrews from the bushing. I used a press to hold the shaft.

then drill a hole through the bumpstops. a little oil,a big washer and some loctite your done
