Call for Pics: FJ40 tube buggys

Ok so I want to chop off my 40 body behind the cowl and make a tube body and cage. I will most likely retain the stock frame since I don't have the kind of cash for a 4link to go with it on this version of the truck. I need some pics of 40s that have had the 3/4 tub chopped off and replaced with a tube body.

Dude!

You just had a baby and your oldest is 2yo.

If you want to look at some crazy stuff search the thread that "Meanie Got a Facelift".

That guy went from a darn near stock FJ40 to almost a competion rig.

I think he took a 3rd out on the house and sold two of his kids for the build up.

I didn't say it would happen overnight. Right now is the "tear it apart and design what goes back in" stage. It will be a long and slow buildup but it will be nice when it is done .

I've seen the meanie page that is one sick rig but not what I am going to build. Like I said above anything behind the cowl is GONE by the end of this weekend I hope. don't know how I'll ever afford a tow rig though
