Yeah I suppose if you de-bone it, I've put 4 qtrs in the back of mine before but the moose around here are just a smidge smaller than what grows at your house. BTW the net on the inside of the hardtop was a pretty cool idea.

Thanks. I've been working on adapting a 6' Meyer plow assy. to the front. Helps me justify it's usefulness (SP?) if I can use it to keep the driveway clean

I built a new front bumper out of 4x4, 1/4" wall tube. made some brackets to attach the lift pump to the front. I had a buddy cut out some 4.5" drop brackets for the front of the bumper with D-ring mounts incorporated. This will allow an easy hookup for the plow frame and help keep the frame as level as possible. I'll get some pics up next week after they're burned on and everythings painted.

Here are some progress pics of the front bumper and modified plow frame. The whole shebang will remove by pulling 4 pins, and the front shackles hang down lower than the plow mount brackets will.

It's getting a front hoop like this one with tabs on the center bar to serve as a pivot point for the lift arm on the pump. I'm also going to mount the 8274 in there someplace.

After the plow is done, I'll be bending tube for the exo around the frontend. I plan to run it down the sides like they've done, and tie it into the sliders. I'll also be running tube around the rear and leaving a 6" wide, dimple-die'd fender to walk on.

Nice jacket. The plow went on beautifully over the weekend. The brackets are super stout, and I made the bumper removable in case I ever want to swap it out. This thing is super maneuverable! I can't wait for the snow to start dumping so I can try it out. Need to weld a hoop up front and toss some lights on it so I can see over the plow but overall I really like the setup. I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Here are some pics of the finished product. Still need to contour the ends of the bumper, paint the plow and grind down some welds, but it's ready to push snow (good thing).

In the third pic you can kinda see the back of the brackets...there will be a piece of tube running from each to the front crossmember.

I tossed some turn signals on the side and added a SS as well. Next project is going to be the metal-tech style grille hoop tied into a front stinger. I'm going to incorporate the mount for the 8274 and add some tabs for the lift arm on the plow.

Update: Got the DS rear fenderwell done. Looks pretty cool - framed it in and used some clear acrylic inserts to allow rear passengers to see through portions of the fenderwell. I picked up a Sammi rear seat for the back and it fits perfect! I'll get some pics up tomorrow.

Next up is rocker guards/mini-exo and the tube/8274 mount for the frontend. I've also got some sweet acura-type heated leather seats to toss in there

Here are some pics of the framed fenderwells. I welded a piece of diamond tread in the forward part and rear corners, and framed the rest with 1/4" strap and 1/4" angle. Turned out nice and super stout I think. There will be two lexan "windows" on the face of each fenderwell, and two lexan inserts flush mounted to the top of each as well. I need to drill the holes, repaint everything with hammerite, and then rivet the lexan in place. I'm going to use PL400 adhesive as well between the lexan and metal to keep water out, and also seal around the seams with clear silicone.

The rear seat is a fold and tumble unit out of a Samurai, I had to make a little "spacer" for the bottom bracket so the seat would sit up higher and allow room in the corner for my Powertank. Hopefully it'll look better when painted

The PS was a little tricky but I got it figured out. I'll take some more pics when it's all finished up.

Finally finished up the rear fenderwells and took the kids for a ride yesterday. It's much cozier with everything sealed up back there. I should have looked harder for some clear weatherproof adhesive but I had some PL400 construction adhesive laying around so thats what I used to stick and seal the lexan, along with rivets. Came out pretty nice I think. The rear sammi seat sits 3 kids nicely with seatbelts.
