1994 s-10 blazer problems

Hey,

My 94 blazer 4.3l v6 4x4 has been having issues latley. In the morning when i'm driving to work if i give it any signifigant amount of gas its like i am putting the clutch in and revving the engine (this is an automatic mind you), i let off the gas, giving it less and then its ok. it seems to just be happening in the morning times when my car is cold. also, my fuses for my interior lights/horn/ciggarete lighter keep blowing, i replaced them yesterday (and they were working) and today they dont work. two seperate issues? im sure it has something to do with the 1400 watts of current my amplifiers draw, but when i had 1200 it never had a problem. i havnt gotten my car tuned up in about 5 years, its on the list, about how much should it cost to do that? thanks to all you knowledgeable people.

1-Check your tranny fluid
2-lose the bigger amp or upgrade the fuse box
3-if you do the tune up maybe a $100 if you really did a thorough job or $100 for a mechanic to change just the plugs.
