bleeding the brakes 1999 gmc suburban

hey guys i have this suburban the pass. side front caliper is locked the truck has anti lock brakes. what is the best way to bleed the calipers after i replace them. i have not ever messed with a vehicle with anti lock brakes.

On the same topic, can you disable the anti-lock system on these things?

Mine always make the clicking, buzzing sound and they don't feel right. It is the first truck I've had with 4-wheel anti-lock brakes.
