SM465- Broken shift fork??

Can anyone tell me if this is OK?

I’m putting this in my land cruiser and I noticed that the reverse fork looked like it might have the end snapped off. I read that this may be common because people don’t know to have it halfway in reverse before pulling the top cover.

It seems to shift OK and it kinda looks the same as the fork on the parts diagram.

I’m not familiar with these trannys and I can’t find a picture of the shift forks to compare it to.

I’m trying to figure this out before I get everything buttoned up.

Any help is appreciated
