2 meter?

Any of you gals out there on 2 meter?

I got my license a while ago, but never go on. Other members of the club aren't up yet.

I'm getting ready to take the general in a few weeks, even though I don't have a radio for those frequencies yet. One step at a time, as they say.

yep...tech only. the test guys wanted me to go for general, but i looked at the online test and was completely lost. tech works for what i want...a trail radio that actually works, unline cb.

it's been great. my big test was at moab when i was up on a trail talking to barb miller and she was at their condo in town on an ht...i was on 5watts...imagine the stuff i could do at full power

definitely one of my best mods to my rigs
