Had a order placed yesterday from this guy and the owner of the credit card contacted me today about her card being used with out her permission. Luckily she works at a bank and is familiar with tracking down info and she was able to get a hold of me, and I got it canceled from ARB.

I don't know much about L3 but I believe they are a CLEC (competitive local exchange carrier) amongst other things. Essentially that's a competitor to AT&T here in Atlanta. If it truly comes back as an L3 phone # they can trace it back (in theory anyway). Whether they will or not is a different issue altogether. All that said, it's very possible to spoof the phone # in which case you have nothing.
