That's going to be sliders, skid plate and maybe a hood hoop/nose guard for the FJ40.

If I can just get past the fact that I only have access to a harbor freight pipe bender and don't know how to weld...minor details.

Yeah - I've read all the bad stuff about them. I'm close enough to Al - I could probably talk him into it.

PAGING AL...PAGING AL...

Anyway, I want ahead and started to get the material while I had the money so I can get things moving in the right direction. I've got until GSMTR to get this done!

Nice products by the way...

Here I am to save the day...haha...

You are more than welcome to use the JD2...

Slight kink in the plans though, we only have one die and its for 1.75 tubing...If there is any chance you can exchange that then we are good to go. The die's are $300 a pop and we could not afford to get any more than one. 2" was a little heavy for everything and 1.5 was a little small so we went with 1.75....Drop me a line then 904-315-6555

Yeah - those dies are $$$. No turning back for me. I'll see what else I can dig up. Seems like I remember reading that Louis got a bender too...

What thickness of wall are you using? What radius of die are you using? Are you happy with the bender? I am looking as well but will leaving soon and won't be back in country till Oct-Dec.

5.5 radius, bender is super nice, .120 HREW, I have heard getting used benders isn't as great because they start to have a lot of slop on them as they age. Just an FYI....offers open to anyone that needs some tube work done...Mi Casa Su Casa

I run 1.75 .120 wall HREW on my 40 and it's fine. Wish I could afford some DOM .
