Replacement floorboards - group interest?
does anyone make replacement floorboards? I took the seats and such out and pressure washed the gunk out, and it looks like the floorboard has three sections, my front floorboard needs to be replaced due to rust. does anyone make a replacement? if not, how much have some of you that dont have the welding skills to do it yourself paid to get it replaced with sheetmetal?
also for the fenders, my front drivers side has a huge rust hole, is it cheaper to have someone cut and weld or replace?

If you guys can get together and give me a group order, i'll stick it all in a container..if not DHL are charging me $1.38 a kilo.plus. look at about $50-70 for a authorised crate, (ie 25 kilos $180) ..no idea on prices yet, but they will be reasonable.

the cruiser wreckers near me have front lower fender replacement pieces, that just need welding in, i'm not sure of the prices or how excately they were made, but i'd already finished my patchwork by the time i'd discovered these, and would be heaps easier to weld in without getting heat distortion like i did, because of the shape. So maybe you guys in the us could get together and get something like that made up in bulk, i'll give the guy at the wreckers a call if you'd like to get more info.
Dan.
p.s. sorry to hijack

Depending on pricing i could probably swing floor boards. Might be interested in fenders, too.

Will you also include the brackets for the mounts? Let me know if you produce these.
THanks,

55 metal
PV website has fenders.
What I'm sure all of us need is Rear Quarter repair panels.
Although I also need floor board for driverside and 2 front lower
fenders. maybe a driverside upper. depends on if i can bend the old one back.
 to Panama!

Paul,
YOU ARE THE MAN! I just looked at the samples you posted and they are fricken AWESOME! Do you have a website up so we can look at other items from your line? Also many of us pig owners need tailgate replacements or sheet metal to patch up the areas that rust out.
Keep up the good work.
Dave
