Marshall; don't you need a set also?............Heather?.........heck that is already 30% of the first batch; I know that most pig owners are going to need them sooner or later if they don't need them already;

I would be more than happy to distribute them out for everyone. I'm on the fence as far as buying a set. Once Eshan has corners and floorboards that is when I will jump in. I still havn't been able to locate a 55 with these on them to cut out.

I'm in agreement with Ehsan and Marshall, a single distributor is the ideal for costs. I am for certain purchasing but await the judges decision...

I just discovered that my rear quarters were open to the ground. They are "finished" on the bottom though which seems odd. I guess the PO didn't mind them open and just folded up the ragged bit. I've got a LOT of dirt in there and will get it all cleaned out before sealing up again.

It would appear that these rear quarter pieces are just what I need so when we have a price, please let me know, thanks.

I found a piggy that is graciously giving up it's floorboard for me. Once I get the donor floorboard out, I'll see about cutting mine out for use as a template. This will take some time...so it's not going to be a fast turnaround. I am not sure what it would cost to send it to Pakistan, so it's dependent on that. Oh, and I have no idea how to ship something that big to another country.

Once you have the floor, email me the pictures. I will discuss with our expert here and see how effieciently you can CUT and send it in in pieces to make it shipment friendly.

Hi all. Old memeber that has crawled out from under my rock. I am in the process of repainting my 55 right now. Just about toe strip the paint and I would also be interested in the floorboards. Thanks.

nope looks very beefed up, might be a stock front with some added gussets to the rear, 55 bumper should look similar to a 45/40

I can start working on the boards and rear corners (I have located a vehicle for this also).. BUT.. I dont have enough feedback for the patches that we have already made. The fender patches are still with me (only one out of 10 sets sent till now- Lou.. still waiting for the pics.. ) and 45 LV rear corners still with me.. !!!!

Hi,

I just got back on this thread. What's the latest as far as costs for the front fender set? Is there a single person taking orders or do we go direct? Thanks for any info, ty

You can go directly or someone (preferrably) can get a few sets to reduce shipping. They are for US$165 including shiping.

I was amazed at how well they fit; just outlined the patch on the old rusty fender and cut the entire rusted area out then Ehsan's patches fit perfectly and in about 2 hours they were ready for the smoothing out process................BTW my buddy is a pro welder

Ehsan did you make these patches out of heavier gauge steel?, the patches you sent fit perfectly but they seem stronger/thicker than the original sheetmetal on my 78........ did you copy sheetmetal off of an earlier pig?; .........the newer pigs seem to rot away a lot faster than the early ones!; by the way, any comments on differences you might have found between earlier sheet metal and later on the fj55!

Eshan if you will make rear corners and front floor boards I will buy them from you. My time is running out though as I will have to start fabbing them up myself. Could you give us a time frame on making these parts?
