accelerator cable routing
Has anyone here re-routed their accelerator cable linkage on an older 55? If so, do you care to elaborate. On my 55 the cable goes through the firewall, to the pedal, under the brake mastercylinder. My brake booster is pretty damn close to the cable, actually touching, and their is not much room to move the booster either way. The booster is an early 1980's hilux model, which are already made to utilize a spacer to keep them away from the firewall. Not a pressing issue, just something I need to take care of soon.
