Glad you brought this up!
I, too have the sloping-toward-center seat that screws my spine up if I try to sit upright.
So I drive leaned over ghetto-style with my right elbow leaning on a console in the center of the bench.
I had the seat re-covered in a nice charcoal cloth right after I got the rig (before I really drove it), and after noticing the "sloping towards center", pulled the seat out to check it out underneath for broken springs, etc. All was good and intact underneath.
So occasionally I fold up a towel and sit on it under my right butt cheek to try to level myself out, but that's a hassle. And stuffing a towel under the springs underneath the seat has proved impossible.
So I think after all my other mods are complete (10 yrs from now), I'll install a set of Silverado seats with integral shoulder harnesses.
Of all things to piss you(me) off!
