Beautiful 76 instrument cluster

Here's the instrument cluster from the low mileage rusty late 76 piggy that got parted. This cluster is as nice as I've seen and all thegauges worked properly. Will attach two photos so you can see just how clean this cluster is. Price $65 plus shipping. Send a Mud message or email to shmukter@pa.metrocast.net. Thanks, Gary S

Has anyone tried to plug a '76 gauge into a '74 harness? I like the Amp meter vs. the Charge light.

Gary, what does the '76 do for a brake idiot light? On my '74 it is in the gauge...

Brake light

I believe on thr newer trucks the "brake" light is on a separate little unit under the dash toward the drivers left side. Am I wrong on this? Gary

The cluster is specific to a few year range. 9/'75-9/'77 IIRC

76 was he first year of the ammeter, and I think about 78(cant recall exactly) the brake light moved back the instrument cluster.

The voltage regulator and the chassis wiring(ammeter needs the large white wires at the cluster) are different from warning light to ammeter types.

65 bucks is an awesome price for a complete instrument cluster with padding. Someone needs to buy this.
